I have the ibeats and the sound is amazing. $150 for an in ear headphone is a little too much but I guess you get what you pay for. Full sound and more bass. I've had in ear Bose and I wasn't happy with them. Well worth the money.

If they're going to be around your neck a lot and you're a quad you really have to watch the on/off switch. I had them but ended up with the solo model, noise canceling isn't that important unless you're around ambient noise frequently. Solos sound just as good and are cheaper/easier to manage with minimal finger cooperation.

They are really high quality headphones and it is true that you can hear sounds in the music that you've never heard before. I bought a pair of HD Solo's and they stopped working a few weeks later. I sent them in and monster replaced them no questions asked. Overall I'd say if you love a lot of bass in music and you dont mind dropping a few hundred bucks on headphones then beats are for you.

I love my beats! I use them all the time and loved them when I was snowboarding! The noise cancellation is amazing on them
