Yeah the dealer went through a middleman. I know that the wheels were not directly ordered from you guys. The "middleman" wasn't even sure if the hubs came silver. I think the delay has been caused by the communication between the two suppliers. I am sure they will be worth the wait especially after reading all the good reviews.

Well, now we know who are the culprits that your wheels are taking so long.

Just got mine today, I ordered them from Scott @ bike-on. Came in less than 2 weeks and he price matched the competition.

It's great to see something stiffer than Spinergy wheels (which I've never liked because they flex so much). One thing about the Dinos that has me wondering is fatigue life. Aluminum is a fantastic material that is light and stiff, but fatigue life is something that needs close attention. Stiffer wheels typically use higher spoke tensions. I am involved in the cycling industry, and I've seen numerous occasions in which straight-pull spokes and aluminum spokes (see Mavic Ksyriums) have ended up with structural failures.

Now, we as wheelchair users probably don't put quite as much stress on the wheels as cyclists do. Still, my experiences with bike stuff leaves me wondering how the Dinos will hold up over the long term. Regardless, I'm glad that another company has jumped into the industry to start making better products.

Picked up my Dino wheels yesterday. Made axle adjustment and put them on last night. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! They are by far the best wheels I have ever used. They feel so solid but are extremely light. I got them with Schwalbe marathon tires and the combo of black spokes with silver hubs looks fantastic. I am going to shoot some pics of my new ZRA 2 chair now that I have the wheels on and it is complete.

Just wrapped, but with 100% cf, is not a imitation sticker of cf.
