How is the hub offset? From the pictures at the top of this thread the rim appears to be perfectly centered to the hub.

ewwwww...painted push rims. That's the quickest way to make a thousand dollar set of CF wheels look like OEM plastic mags, once they get some miles on them.

Short tabs, anodized aluminum, preferably clear. I prefer polished, though they can get slippery when wet. Bead blasted, or textured, is OK but make a lot of noise gliding along my chronically dry hands, and still get slippery when wet!

My polished AL clear ano push rims still look new from any further away than a few feet, despite being chipped and scratched quite badly. I like a few polished farkles on my chair, not too many, though.

I think understatement is elegant, personally.

it's flush with the inside of rim, which makes wheel spacing about 1/2" more than my spinergy. i didn't think it would be a big deal, but i can't believe how much crap i've been bumping into with that little of a change. But i'm going to put 2" knobby on the topolino, so the extra space will work perfect for that.

So is the wheel pictured above different from your set?

they're bicycle people, eventually they'll get it right I hope. sucks because they use 4 tab mount and i can't switch the pushrims.

can't tell in the picture, the inner bearing is flush with the hub and the other side is countersunk. whereas the spinergy are recessed on both sides

I like what they have, so far. Bike companies have great experience that could really help us. Yes, 6 tab 'industry standard' rings would be an improvement, for sure. And stronger.
