I'm no longer attached to any one religion's dogma as in my younger years but I have no doubt a man named Jesus walked upon this earth. Whether you believe he is the son of god or not is of course the great question - and I also believe his simple message of "love thy neighbour as thy self" for whatever reason was a real threat to many people living and leading during his time.
I can't explain why but this song by Dolly touches my heart - her faith shines through as she relates the Easter story and it brings me to tears nearly every time I watch this - He's Alive - Obieone

No matter what religeon you may believe in it is about him today, not so much about the Easter bunny.
A blessed day to all and to you that get to spend time with family enjoy the time together, and for you that may be alone today know that you are loved today.
