Penis Foreskin

My penis foreskin swell so much like a small balloon and cannot be retracted beyond the glan. Impossible to do any caths. Help needed. What should or can I do other than seeing urologist.

You obviously have a problem and need to see a doctor right away. If you are not able to cath, that is a HUGE problem. I would suggest that the swelling is a bacterial issue and the area needs to be cleaned better but the first order of business is to get you bladder empty.--eak

At the moment I only do intermittent caths during morning wake-up and just before sleep because currently I am on Vesicare and Hytrin medication by urologist to treat my over-active bladder. Been following this routine almost 3 weeks now and wearing condom caths connected to leg bag.
Last night the foreskin already started to swell a little and this morning woke-up to see a swollen foreskin like a balloon.

You need to call your urologist, or whomever is covering for him/her for the weekend. This condition is called paraphimosis, and can be quite dangerous to your penis if not corrected.

Here is a little more to read about it:

But mine is the foreskin swelled with the glan being covered which means the foreskin cannot be retracted or pull back to reveal the glan.Isn't this called phimosis? Urine still able to leak out through the tight opening of the swollen foreskin. Are there any types of medicines I can get at pharmacy to reduce the swelling or just let it be and relax to let the swelling reduce, can it be?

You may have an infection (like cellulitis) of your foreskin. You still need to see a doctor about this (TODAY).
