Accessible Short-term Apt Rentals? - Philadelphia, PA

Any members on the forum in Philadelphia? (or know about the city)?
I am searching for any leads or information on accessible apartments/sublets for a short term stay.

I am a theatre director, based in NYC and have a play rehearsing and performing late spring/early summer at the Walnut Street Theatre. I will be overseeing the production for just under 4 weeks -- and need somewhere to stay.

C4-5 with power wheelchair, so steps are a no-go. A roll-in shower would be ideal, but I'd settle for merely an accessible doorway/entrance, bed with space for transfers & a comfortable couch for my homecare aide.

Extended stay hotels in the area are prohibitively expensive. Any Craigslist listings are closer to my price range for the month, but almost uniformly in brownstones or buildings with steps.

I've done a great deal of checking into various options and have hit a wall.
Any advice/insight would be appreciated.
