My husband's chair is a titanium Quickie GPV. With the wheels and the Jay Extreme cusion it is exactly 25 lbs.

My 15x16 topend terminator ti weighs 22.6lbs. That is a jetstream pro low back, 24" spinergy lx wheels and 4x1.5" aluminum casters and honeycomb cushion.

It is stripped other than that (no brakes, tube foot plate, etc)

Not sure you care about power chairs in your question, but my Quantum 6000 with tilt back and special seat and back probably comes in around the 300 pound mark.
