Hey everyone,

This doctor, Marc Possover was in the news in Germany, for making a surgery to a guy that after it, it's walking.., we all know how the tv news work :P
Anyways, did anyone heard about this doctor before ?

Hello Bruno,

I met Marc Possover, he has developed a totally reversable inplant to control bowel & bludder (still experimental). He believes that a "biological cure" will happen so he does not want to create any further damage to nervs.

For walking is done with an electrical stimulation but in very limited kind of SCI.

Having met him my impression is that he is very serious & really care about people.

by the way - pity he works in Zurich, if he cold do that in EU, than we could get a money from our gov. for this treatment, I've heard it costs more than 50000EUR...
