Today is 10/10/10

I meant to post this earlier, but today is October 10, 2010 or 10/10/10. I was watching Dexter at 10:10 pm. What were you doing?

Make the best out of today because yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come. Nobody knows that better than those of us that have almost died from spinal cord injury.

Funny you should mention, but I was thinking about you and your terrible pressure sore.
My husband has a spot I'm worried about and I woke up thinking about what you went through.

We interviewed a new aide yesterday that we think we will work out. I woke up too early thinking aout that!
Wrote a check and signed some papers 10/10/10 which seemed sort of weird.

Yeah, yesterday I had a big blow out with my dad. Apparently, three of his co-workers were on my Facebook, so one of them probably laughingly told him something I said, and he blew up on me. I said fuck to both of my parents. My mother was sort of a referee and had to admit I was right in things I was saying. Whenever my dad gets angry with me, he loves to insult my intelligence. He thinks because he went through four years of college that I didn't it somehow makes him superior to me. I want to tell him, you went through four fucking years of Spanish, too, and can't speak a word of it.

My mother's main argument to me was that I'm immature and people are only telling me they think I'm funny, but somehow my jokes are immature. I'm saying to her, what, mom? How are jokes and satirical comments I make make me immature? People make a living off that shit. She literally thinks people who comment on Facebook are saving face. I told her that makes absolutely no fucking sense because everyone can clearly read them supporting my comments and jokes, so it's not only me they're telling.

They drive me nuts. They can't operate a DVR to save their life yet I'm the one with mental deficit. The only thing my mother mastered on Facebook is fucking Farmville. My dad's idea of culture is Dancing with the Stars.

The three of us are one big happy dysfunctional mess.

Next time remind him that it could be worse; he could've
caught you having sex with his co-workers.

I think I'd rather overhear my co-workers discussing a joke
my son told, rather than discussing his magical mouth.
