Game Day Snacks

NEEDED something new, so I did a version of the OMS wings and made Raspberry Sriracha Wings and they were SLAMMIN! Also made a crab dip, that I'm ashamed to admit.....I ate 3/4 of it by myself. So my one hour of exercising will be extended today. Also did the clams which are always YUMBO!
Wings and dip on first indirect. Wings were rubbed a couple hours ahead of time with Wolfe Rub Citrus.

Ready to add the clams.

Rub a dub dub it's time to grub!

wow! You outdid yourself on this one.
What's in the crab dip?

Can you imagine being Wolf's neighbor? Smelling all this incredible stuff from the other side of the fence!

The Crab Dip is super simple. For some reason, my neighbors don't talk to me, I think they're intimidated by my chair.

Crab Dip

1lb Crab Meat - It's up to you how much you want to spend. The store had 1 can of Pasteurized cans of claw meat on sale for $5.99 that expired in June 2011, so I bought a bunch of that and used one can. You can buy lump which is better, but runs about $33 lb around here.
1 Brick of Cream Cheese
2 TBS Butter
Half Bell Pepper
Half Onion
Little Parmesean Cheese and/or Bread Crumbs.
Little Old Bay, it's up to you how much you use, but I like to taste the crab.

Sautee onions and peppers in the butter JUST until they begin to sweat, fold in cream chees until melted, then add the crab meat. Spread out in a pie pan or something similar and top with parm cheese and/or bread crumbs and cook at 350* until bubbly and golden brown on top. Dip with baguette slices or crackers or melba toast, etc.

Hope this helps. If you try it let me know what you think! Enjoy!
