I will not give you a summary, because I was not there, and if you don't have the time to wait for the ppt to open, just forget about it.

Keeping on, you might have a slow Internet connection or something, but maybe 0x can help out. The ppt is a 86 page slide presentation by a Danish clinician professor on the cure topic.
