Leif, after waiting for 20 minutes, I got a message, cannot open page. I'll wait for Oxsquidy to send a friendly site to open it. Hopefully it is interesting and informative.

Keeping On, try it again fella but this time save the file rather than open it directly. Then open your local copy.

Keeping on, you might have a slow Internet connection or something, but maybe 0x can help out. The ppt is a 86 page slide presentation by a Danish clinician professor on the cure topic.
