SureLock - are they available for folders?

I'm curious...i'm sold to what stephen was saying about surelock.they listen to customers needs.i have 2 questions in mind :

1. Do they compatible with chairs other than tilite, quickie, or US-built stuffs? I'm buying a japanese OX (specifically, OX GWX2) for the 2nd time, but japan does not have that much of choices on modifications and aftermarket stuff, so i have to rely solely on US-marketer...

2. Do they compatible with a folding wheelchair? OX doesnt build any rigid, and a folder is what I need (not particularly what I want).since it have no camber tube.

I really looking forward to it...it's less hassle, and keep my air pressure intact...since it's transferrable, i dont need to buy it over and over again...i hope surelock would listen to me.it'd be sad if the best always goes to US-residents only...

surelock replied.they ask whether or not i can get a blueprint for the chair...i dont know how to get them...seems like the hub lock is just a dream to get...
