Deed restrictions & the ADA

My wife, a T11 paraplegic, recently went to a land auction and purchased 5 acres. We intended to build an log house on the property for us in the future. We new before the sale, that their was going to be a restriction against mobile homes, however the Real Estate Company told us not to worry about it, they would take care of it. So since we had used the company before we bought the land. After the sale they told my wife she had to sign the restrictions document, which basically restricts everything we wanted to do. We wanted to sell our home, put in a temporary mobile home until we could build our permanent house. So my question is: Is there any part of the ADA that we could use to fight the "No mobile home" restriction on our land? There is no county goverment restriction against mobile homes, just the private restriction. little_bear@bellsouth.net
