Yep, saw that a couple of weeks ago, would of course have to add a back to it, but after that, it doesn't look like much balance is needed as it does the balancing for you.

Looks like a variation on the Segway.
With that design you'd need good abs and leg control to stay on it.

It does balance you but only one angle point (dunno if that's the proper way to say it in english), which is already in the wheel. I mean that YOU have to keep yourself straight with the machine, otherwise you would fell. Between you and this device must not be any free angle.

Anyways i like this idea very much, as a prototype.
