Free Broadband for All or Maybe Just Those with Disabilities

The FCC is coming out with a Broadband Plan where one possible suggestion is to provide free broadband especially to those areas who cannot get broadband due to their location. However, today the chairman of the FCC addressed a group of disability rights organizations including the American Association of People with Disabilities and stated that there is a possibility for providing free to individuals with disabilities.
