quad dressing tip

ok guys im always fine tuning and tweeeking my routine. i put my pants/shorts on in bed in long sitting position then lean side to side on my elbow to pull them up. i just last week by accident started pulling the leg of my pants all the way up to my knees then leaning side to side. wow makes it 10x easier. try it

Some of us pull them all the way up to the crotch. There is hardly any left to do from side to side.

sure. cross one leg over other so your ankle is behind your knee. then slide that pant leg up. then for other one just pull your leg up at the knee and stick your foot through the other leg.

I just double up like a jack knife and have no problem slipping my feet one at a time into the pants and pant legs. You have to keep flexible and keep the gut down to do that.

Thats how I do it too, I'm short so I don't have to stretch too far. I have to flip around on my bed like a fish to get on my jeans cuz I wear them snug.
