Easy fundraising templates

Hi all,
I thought it would be a good idea to create a thread which includes templates for easy fundraising ideas. I'm just adding a fundraiser or two that I have done which were incredibly easy and quick and netted a large amount of money for the amount of time put in. These fundraising options which people post should be very easy to implement so that individuals who stumble upon or regularly check the thread could set up their own in a matter of a few hours. I have added a simple e-mail fundraiser which I have done for a few years and amounted to around $2500 each time I sent it out. Simply copy and paste it into an e-mail of your own, change it to fit you, and voilà! I am also attaching a basic poster design someone could print, fill out, and post in any prominent location or use for a fundraiser they choose to do in another capacity.
Post anything which you feel would be a good idea or which you have already worked on and had success in.
This thread could be a sticky for easy access if people join in.
