Becky:

I have looked at the teh mouse and I do not know if the Kensington (large tractable) Expert Mouse will help your grandfather with being able to play the card games. I will leave the link to the Kensington web site at the bottom of page. I also know that there is a lot of new assistive technology for the disabled so they can play games and navigate the Web. Some of this technology can be a bit pricey. I will also include a topic that I started and you can see how some of our members use their computers using this technology. Good luck!

Becky, I have this Kensington wireless, it's great,u can program 7 websites into top buttons and program the four others to do what ever u need. I have mine as top left double click..top right right click..bottom left single click..bottom right drag lock (best trackball I ever had) pricey but you can find them on other sites for under $100

Hi, Becky.

I hope the Microsoft easyball mouse does the trick for your grandfather. Let us know how things work out.

Becky, Try www.newegg.com
I have bought a few things with this search at the same or better than e-bay prices.
