fish oil

who uses fish oil here? What are the effects that you have noticed since taking it? Thanks

It's anti-inflammatory and helps with normal blood pressure by relaxing the arteries and blood vessels.

I use to eat fish oil but now the doctors tell us not to take it because it is making the H1N1 flu worse.

I give it to my small one too because they say that it can help children with dyslexia. It is an antioxidant, I don't feel any different when I take it, but I hope I never get cancer.

I take it but haven't noticed anything. Be sure it's mercury free.

I take fish oil capsules for joint health primarily, if it helps other things, so be it. My Dr suggests it to keep joints 'well lubricated'.

i take it as well as Flaxseed oil .i cant;t tell any difference but thats ok
