Quod need help using Computer and Phone

Can any one help with Software and speach device for qoud can not use the key board and mose, I heard about software will let you use your computer with your voice to make a phone call and let you go on the net and send an email any links and advice will be great thank you

I currently use Dragon Dictate. It is a voice system with different versions depending on your needs. It can be found on the Internet by using the name. It also has features that allow you to incorporate environmental controls in your home.

Check into the Q-Controls environmental controls system. Computer access, mouse moving, door openers, lights, cameras, entertainment, heating & cooling, telephones, and even cellular phones could be accessed through a central controller. It could be tailored to your individual needs and the only real limit to the system is your imagination. It is independence at its peak. I currently use Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 7.

For a phone, I use Ameriphone's Dialogue RC supplied to me by the phone company.
