Wheelchair rider tummy lap and leg warmer fully lined or, wheelchair cosy
Waterproof, fleece lined, insulated leg bag.
For sale on Ebay $20. I have seen them for sale in England for between $60 and $90. These are the largest size. 60 inch chest x 54 inches long.
