300mg Cranberry gel pills

Can anyone give me some info on 300mg Cranberry gel pills? I have them here at my house. I know they can help keep a clean urine track but will it help if I already have an infection? I just finished a course of Levaquin that tore me up inside. I was retested today and still have signs of infection. I'm a c-2 quad and my spazum's are crazy. I just feel terrible on antibiotics and I dreed going back on them.

They won't kill the bacteria causing the infection. Sorry. If you only have "almost" cured it, you probably should continue treatment, these germs are the strong ones (they survived the 1st round) and will only come back stronger.

Ok, thanks for the information. I'm just waiting for the doctor to call after they get the culture results. Thanks again!
