I saw Taken this afternoon...didn't like it much...found it predictable and boring.

I have to chuckle b/c Mark has a HUGE Trainspotting poster on his bedroom door...has to be taken down when nieces/nephews come over...I've yet to see the movie...it's on his ever growing list of movies I must see...LOL...

This weekend we started watching Seven Pounds...liked what I saw of it...will see the rest of it next weekend...Keep trying to rent Milk but it's never avail around here...PPV not a practical choice for a couple of people who can't sit still for 2hrs...lol...(besides, he's a smoker & has to take smoke breaks...no smoking indoors...)

Danine, I just watched this the other day, and agree with you completely. It was an amazing film, and I spent most of the night thinking about it. I still do, which is very different from so many films that you watch and then promptly forget. The ending is one that took me by surprise and created all sorts of moral issues to deal with. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It was a very nice film. But have any of you seen "The reader" with Kate Winslet. It is one of the best film I have seen in a long time. The beginning is a little strange, I wondered if this was a movie I would like, but then the thing changed and the movie is showing something I have been thinking of but never seen in a movie before.

Inside I'm Dancing -IMDB link

Unfortunately my English wasn't so good at understanding what they said (with Irish accent - I think), but I was using subtitles.

subtitles downloadable from here: [EN] [SE] SUBTITLES
