What workout did you do today?

trail-walking 1.8 km in 1hr; went for speed on the way back and I'm knackered now

Chest Saturday, pushing past 250 for reps now on bench, 200 on incline, 8o lbs dumbells on flies, followed by tri overhand pushdown supersetted with underhand pushdown, then dumbell kick backs and dips.

yesterday - 2 hours pushing the mower thru high grass- damned rain!

1hr crutch walk/hike at the conservation area with my dogs. covered almost 2 miles.
some Wii boxing
some shoulder strengthening exercises with freeweights

After last week's leg beating we took it easy. Light squats, then leg presses, extensions, calves, hams

3+hrs on the one-off on perfectly burmed moto singletrack in the aspens at 8000-9000ft elevation. steep both ways! i'll post pics after work errands today.

15 min - Abs
15 min - Elyptical
15 min - Bike

Just got back from 5 days in Telluride, Colorado. The Aspens were golden, snow above 12,000 ft and just generally beautiful views wherever you looked.
3 days of crutch hiking through the golden aspens with wife and friends. 3 to 5.5 hours each day. I was able to carry my own food,water, and clothes so I felt good about that.
Last day, went handcycling from Telluride to Lizard Head Pass at 10,300 ft. Great ride. 2600 ft of air sucking gain, 24 miles.
The pictures will say more than I can about how joyous it was.
