i like being around 195. for me the quad gut used to bother me, but the only time it was gone was when i s sick w/ staph and lost 50, lol. at 195, my butt meat is great, skin is healthy and transfers are easy.

imo being a thin gimp is just asking for problems.

35 min handcycle on magn. trainer - intervals 2 min on/ 2 min off times 6 avg hr 124
bicep curls, triceps on cable
Just walking round the house - rest of day - it seems like everything is an effort from sunrise to sunset
Jen, LMC, cave, darrel - niiice... C'mon Tbone, Danine !
Gawd, do I hate stationary anything!

Elliptical just kicks my butt, don't know how you did 55 minutes worth. Its been awhile since I've been on one but After 25 minutes I'd be toast and I'd have to sit down for another 15 minutes just so my leg wouldn't collapse on me while I was walking away (even using cane).

Today I did 17.5miles on the bike and was able to actually hit a 12mph average for the ride, a new post SCI personal best. Average heart rate 144, with a max of 166. And I'm off to PT in another hour, going to give them another datapoint to work with---me, after a pretty hard workout.
