Masters swim, 1900 yards.

I did a 500 yard time trial so that I would have a time to put down on my triathlon application (first triathlon): 11:06! I'm very happy with that.

Great pictures and videos everyone, thrilling even from here. I just spent last hour looking at this site while laying down recuperating from going up and down a step ladder cutting in a wall (painting}. The clonus (my legs shaking) and the burn from the neuro pain is a real challenge. I can do all things through hydrocodone which numbs me. Wall was all of 20' long.

I bought a 95 geo metro 3cyl, 1 litter, 5 speed tranny. It is a whole body workout to drive.

I'm sticking to riding my handbike on a 10 mi loop and trying to get some new torso muscles in shape. I'm getting down to 1 hour, which is only 10 mi/hr! Brutal.

But, my son and I saw some new ducklings on the river next to the path, that was very cool.

Crutch Hike on 10,000 ft ridge above Lake Tahoe. Perfect traveling conditions. Lake in the background. A bit of groveling to get over this little wind roll.
