Healing or Normal?
Dr. Young or anyone,
I now find if I press down my feet using my hips about a few minutes later my leg will jump down. It feels like it is coming from my hips sometimes or my calves. I know it's not a spasm because I know what that feels like. Could it be a delayed signals? Thanks, Deb |
