It seems a visitor to CCC was pissed about my signature.So let me explain it.

It's about your arm measurements.Double digits is 10 inch and above.In your case add both your arms and you still won't reach double digits.

THIS IS NOT FOR ANYONE HERE!!!

Now go bug some other site.

I read your your signature and was thinking "Roids" as in hemroids and couldn't figure is out, then

Van Dam, I just started in the gym 3 weeks ago. How many hrs a day and how many days a week do you workout?. I've gone like, say 4-5 days a week and weekend, I've increased my workout time from an hr to 2-1/2.
But just wanted to see just what you classify as gym rats?

I can't afford a trainer, so I'm going on what they did in rehab, but I have to rig up a foot holder of some type to be able to pedal a recumbent bike, my feet just drop outta the straps on the dang things. Other than that I get my aerobics with the hand cycle. Amazing after 58 yrs of living I see a bowl of ice cream as 6 miles with the hands rather than something good to eat.
Also, man, don't sweat the little guy's, remember, they cut you down to make themselves bigger.
