or something compariable. Preferabley electronic. Where can I get one?
My Grandma has Parkinsons and is in immediate need of one. I remember a while back people posting here they were looking in getting rid of one. If still available let me know A.S.A.P.

check if your state tech act as a loan closet.
If she's on Medicare I believe it's covered. contact your local DME.

Also check with the Parkinson's Disease Foundation in your area. They may also have loaners.

They are frequently for sale used on eBay. Avoid Hoyer brand though, esp. the old ones with the chains which are not safe. A power one is best, but of course more expensive. Unfortunately rentals are nearly always limited to Hoyer and Invacare, both of which have outdated designs for the most part.
