Tricep recovery

I felt em' burning today during my workout on the 'pull downs'. Both of em'. My trainer said he could feel em' firing. He asked me what I felt and I said, "your thumb." He said, "good, because my thumb is on your tricep.

Yep yep, this could be really good...

That is great news, especially that you could feel them firing. Keep plowing ahead and make those twitches the strongest they can be. It's been my experience that it takes a lot of time and dedicated effort to advance those initial firings into something fuctional so stay encouraged!
