Caregiver book

Can't remember if this has been posted here before, but it bears repeating:

Quote:
Interested in details about how to ease the stresses and burdens caregivers face? Craig Hospital, with funding from a U.S. Department of Education National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) grant, has completed a handbook titled Taking Care of Yourself While Providing Care.

It addresses ways to avoid or prevent such family caregiver issues as health problems, burnout, changed family relationships, and time management. It has extensive sections on how to go about hiring outside help and on resources that offer support to caregivers.

The $5 cost covers printing and mailing expenses. Contact: HealthResources@craighospital.org
