99% of us are colonized. If it's not bothering you, then I'd not treat it.

Are you eating properly to get all your energy? Remember... even pushig is alot of exersice.
Have you had your blood checked? Could be low in Fe.
What meds are you on?

Hi,

I would not feel like sleeping 8 hours nightely is overly excessive- some people require 10 hours, especially with your regime and medications. Baclofen can cause fatigue as can lyrica, but it sounds alike they are necessary for you.

I would encourage a complete yearly check-up, unless you have had one in the past year. Checking your iron studies and hemoglobin are especially related to fatigue and making sure you do not have unexplained weight loss.

I also would not treat colonization but only symptoms of an active infection, though I haven't seen cipro causing fatigue.

AAD

I am also exhausted all the time; sometimes it's the most I can do to not fall out of the chair, hanging on with my wrist anchored round the push handle.

Granted, I don't eat very healthy and I doubt I get as much exercise as you so I'm a bad example. I also blame the meds - baclosal and gabapentin and I'm always colonised as well.
