got some finger movement back
well its been about a year and 3 months since my injury and of last week i started moving my fingers on my left hand. ive been trying to do it for awhile cause it just felt like i could..i know it aint much but its something, so i just sit round and stare at my fingers as i move'm hehe...so now i need to try and move that big toe
...keep TRYING is all i can say.your c7 friend. |

In rehab I worked on moving my toes and some return came back in both of my feet. Might be just luck, but I was happy.

oh thats so kool..lucky indeed! you must of been over the moon..man i would be if i could move mine a little..
