I am beginning to get a sore in my ass crack, and no its not due to poor hygeine. It is at the start bottom of my back. What a horrible spot this is the first time I have had a sore and I am not sure how to heal it. At therapy I really work hard and sweat alot and also the heat but I shower after therapy and sometimes before bed also. Any help would be appreciated

Sores in that area often start from the seatback of the wheelchair. On some chairs, the upholstery can be released or loosened to relieve the pressure.
