I'm sorry....it's hard losing a good friend and companion. They really do become a member of the family. I still miss our first dog, Freeway.

I'll add my voice to the rest - we have always had animals and suffered losses over and over - but the pain of the loss never trumped the joy and companionship we got from any of them.

So sorry for your loss. Dogs really are special friends, and it's so hard to loose one. Hoping all of your good memories comfort you.

Sorry to hear the bad news. We've had our dog (Patterdale Terrier) for about 8 years now and it seems like only yesterday we got him. I can't imagine losing him.

I am sorry to hear about your loss He was very beautiful In my life All of my Doggies are my babies and I feel your pain it is a empty hole left of good memories .
