bowel routine
My bowl routine is at 5:30pm. But I would like to change it to 9:00pm. Is it ok if I do that?

I am 7 year post and still cant get it right, damm drugs.

It sure is. You shouldn't have any problems with just the 3 1/2 hour change. I just changed from night the mornings and I haven't had any problems yet.

I don't see any problem either but the results may or may not be a little off for a few times.
