My therapy center in Florida was on the news!
I go to Step It Up Recovery Center for therapy 3 times a week. I'm a C6 incomplete, 9 years post. I went to Project Walk in Cali in May to really learn about this type of intense therapy and then came back home to start a program in Florida. In just a short amount of time I have seen a lot of return and improvement. I'm actually excited to see how far I can push my body and to prove the doctors wrong. It's NEVER too late to start...
