Kind bars

Does anyone else like these nutrition bars? I like them but do you think they're healthy or the same as a candy bar in terms of sugar amount.

I tore up the macadamia and apricot for a while. I consider them way healthier. Has 22 carbs, with 10 of them being sugars.

No high fructose corn syrup, or added sugar according to the ingredients.

Quote:
Macadamia nuts, dried coconut, apricots [apricot paste, glycerol (vegetable based), pectin, citrus fiber, citric acid], honey, non GMO glucose, puffed rice, chicory fiber, soy lecithin
It does have quite a bit of fat, but the body needs it too.

What flavor are you eating?

The bars are full of calories, at least 300 so if you are eating five a day it is over the amount of the calories you should eat. But they are less calories than chokolate.

I especially like the cranberry and almond. I discovered these a year ago, while I was waiting in line at old navy, I bought one and was hooked. I try to have atleast one in my bookbag while I'm at school, because I forget to eat sometimes and I need the energy to get from one class to the other.

The bars I'm eating are around 200 if I remember right.

They are quite expensive but very tasty... They are fairly nutritious and full of natural food not alot of fillers like most bars on the market.

Love Kind bars. They average about 230 calories, but are filled with healthy ingedients like nuts and fruit, so it is healthier than a regular candy bar. I especially love the ones with cranberries in them. Sometimes if I am really pressed for time one makes a handy lunch with a piece of fruit on the go.
