Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose has a great TBI unit though it's really not identifiable as a pediatric unit. Not sure if there is such a thing out there.

Santa Clara does have a pediatric TBI program as well as SCI program.
I also believe USF has a peds rehab center for TBI as does Stanford Children's hospita land Oakland Children's Hospital

Ya I was just referred to this place apparently as far as sci type stuff this is the place to go. I am getting more and more upset with the state of our medical system. Why is it that I've been trying to play their game as best as I can and now nearly a year and half out I am finally referred to the place that I should have been referred to when I was released from the hospital rather than being under the care of an inexperienced family practitioner who hasn't even done a very good job of managing my pain because of the fears they drilled into him in med school about the evils of narcotic pain killers?
