I am interested in starting a swimming program. I am a t-10 - - can anyone give me some training tips/goals/program.

Let your heart be your guide. Every one of us has different abilities now. I have problems getting my heart rate up swimming, but I can get it very high biking. Maybe you can try different exercises with a heart rate monitor on and see if you can get it to a good cardio range.
