i got away with cathing once in the morn for 26 yrs, using extrnal day and night

the sweating thing is recent to me
always been told to cath more, i'm c56, hate the routine
cathing from my chair drew blood, i got a tilt recently, now i hear recline is better, i am shocked that dr's know so little about this stuff

the custom cushion sounds right because the position never seems right, urgonomics so importand, and kneeling chair might create the nice hang time
the salin lubricated cath is easier and better

where do i get the custom cushion,
