pressure sores

I was wondering what I should do about a skin breakdown on the base of my tailbone? It has been there for about a week and it's gotten a little bigger. I've been keeping it clean with soap and water, dry, and putting antibiotic on it. I go to the doctor tomorrow, again. I was just wondering if you all had any suggestions. This is my first one.
