Unhappy Difficulty finding help

I find one of the most difficult part of being a Quad is not having my independence. It is always a struggle for privacy. Finding a great caregiver is the only way I've found to maintain a good quality of life.
However, finding a good caregiver that will stick around is harder than finding a needle in a haystack. Do you all have problems with this?
