Parallel Bars

What Are Some Good Parallel Bar Exercises? I Can Stand And Lock My Knees While Standing Between The Bars. Then Again I

I like doing what i call mini squats. I let my knees bend to a certain amount then see how much i can get my legs to push me up again.
