Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute's Annual Golf Tournament for Golfers With Disabilities Set for August 23
MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute's Golf Tournament for golfers with physical disabilities will be held on Friday, Aug. 23, at Braemar Golf Course in Edina, Minn. (Photo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/...7/ALLINAHCLOGO ) Trophies will be awarded for first, second and third place in each flight and each division. The entry fee for the 18-hole division is $37 and $15 for the executive nine-hole. The tournament begins with a shotgun start: the 18- hole division at 7 a.m. and the executive nine-hole at 9 a.m. Lunch and the awards program will be held at 1 p.m. Abbott Northwestern Hospital's Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute and Braemar Golf Course jointly sponsor the event to promote golf competition for people with disabilities.
