help!! more bladder problems

My history: I'm a C-6/7 quad. I came out of the hospital this late February, I am doing intermittence catheterizing; I've had on going bladder infections as soon as I came home from the hospital, nothing seems to help it.

Question 1;
Regarding my on going bladder infections. I like to thank all of the people that helped me out last time when I posted this question, and I've taking all of the advices. I have gone and had my Uri dynamics done, my body x-rayed for kidney stones and such, I have started cranberry pills everyday, plus V E and V C also apple cider vinegar. And, I still get the infections 1 week after my antibiotics are finished. What's wrong with me? Is there anything else I can do that I have not already done?


Question 2;
My bladder leaks in-between catheterizing (4 times a day). So, my doc put me on 5mg Ditropan 4 times a day, it did not work. I did my Uri dynamics and they gave me an amount of 265. Now my doc added 3 Aloevels a day, it has not worked yet. (It's been 3 days) This could be caused partially by my bladder infections. Am I taking too many pills? What else can I do to stop leaking in between?


Question 3;
How bad of an idea would it be if I start using indwelling catheter?
