These must be posted in the wrong thread. They don't have anything to do with a child being scared due to someone's disability. But I will say we all know things are getting worse every day in this messed up world. I have quit reading all of these stories and watching the news. No need to fill our minds with all the sick disgusting things going on in the world.

For kids, I smile and say hello, or hi. sometimes just smile and do a lil finger wave.
gawking grown people I just ignore, or stare back.

I do scare a lil kid now and then, and again I just say its ok, then hi hows it going?
they usually smile back. Dont let it bother you, they are lil kids. cross your eyes and make a face at the odd rude one. its fun.
