Buck put me in the hospital

One day after Todd told me Majed thought I was in the hospital - I was absent enjoying summer weather - I awoke with severe nausea. I attributed it to everything but what it was, a recurrence of my bowel obstruction. I waited 4 days to go to the er, so I spent 5 days in the hospital with a ng tube down my nose til my bowel started working again. This cannot happen every 2 fuckin' months without me losing my sanity. There's nothing like 5 days of feeling real confinement to make me depressed. What a way to mark my 30 year anniversary huh?

Todd returns to the hospital, too.

Have they offered a solution? Diet, medication, anything?

30yrs ... I didn't realize it had been so long for you. The timing of a complication sucks!

Get better soon. Breaks my heart to see a lot of us coming upon 30yrs. :-(

That's the worst thing, there is literally nothing I can do. As if I dont feel 'helpless' enough I get this thing! Ack, poor Todd dont you dare Mr. voodoo! Unfortunately the doc did give me one horrible option that can help speed up the motility of my bowels, go off my bladder meds!!!!!!! I'm wearing a folely now to let my bowels have a break, [they were still dilated as of a few days ago]. Of course the first folely had a mishap and pierced my stoma which hopefully wont rquire surgery and landed me back in the hospital an extra day. Did I mention I've been cursed?! I wonder what I did in 2008, when this bad luck streak started.

Lynn, I also have 2 pressue spots thanks to my cats popping my roho! Thankfully they're healing tho, the wound doc today said 'omg' when looking. Freaked me out momentarily even tho I knew it was closed. I told him, never do that when examing a patient! lol.

Oh, Nicole! I'm so sorry to hear this. No wonder you didn't show up for days after you told me that. I hope you feel better.

Add softeners and stop eating food that's hard to digest.
Maybe drink a large cup of something hot daily, as well.

Do you take probiotics? I swear by them.

You don't need this. One problem cascades into many is usually how it goes with me.
