Beef Liver and Onions
This was eaten about once a week when I was growin up. My Mom's was soooooo good. Simple, cheap and easy!

Oh yah! Real comfort food. Had it frequently growing up and still occasionally do. Good liver is hard to get around here. Even the nearby meat market seldom has any. My favorite is veal liver, but pork is quite good too.

I have had pork liver once and couldn't get past the texture....the stuff I had was grainy. Is that the case with all pork liver? Would love to try veal liver!

I think liver whether beef, veal, pork, or chicken is a very polarizing food. Either you love it or you hate it, there is no I can take it or leave it. Personally, I have a hard time just looking at liver. No offense, Larry or anyone else.

My wife has traumatic childhood memory's the smell reminds her of sitting at the table for hours trying to sneak it to the dog so I have it when eating out just had some two days ago omega it was great..
