bowel impact and AD help.

I've learned from experence that hospitals don't deal with bowel issues unless it's determed that a procedure needs to take place. Poo is actually coming down but trying to do my program makes my mild pounding headache turn into a very severe pounding that is unbearable. I'm on day two of Autonomic Disreflexia headache and starting laxative, is there anything else I should be doing?
